Roof installation
- Purlin installation:
Leveling: Check and level the purlin support before installation, check the flatness of the purlin one by one, and control the height difference between the installed purlins within the range of ±5mm.
Elastic line: The support point of the purlin should be fixed according to the position of the support point required by the design, and the support point should be drawn with a line, after the installation and positioning of the purlin, it should be checked and accepted according to the purlin layout drawing.
Fixing: Welding or bolting is carried out according to the design requirements, and the position is adjusted again before fixing, and the deviation is ≤±5mm.
Acceptance: After the purlin is installed, the project technical person in charge will notify the quality officer or supervision engineer for acceptance, confirm that it is qualified and transfer it to the next process.
- Laying and fixing of colored steel plates
The laying sequence of colored steel plates is, in principle, from top to bottom, starting from the direction of the perennial wind tail.
(1) Roof a. The first fixed seat in the first row is fixed to the leftmost side of the purlin with self-tapping screws, and then the purlin elastic ink line is used as the reference line, and then the fixed seat in the same row is fixed. b. The rib of the first board is aligned with the rib of the fixing seat, press down and click to check whether the fastening is correct. The laying surface is fixed on the rib along the center of each board rib with self-tapping screws. c. After the first board is installed, pull the alignment along the lower edge of the board, install each piece according to the alignment, and check that there is no deviation at any time. Fasten the short arm of the fixed seat to the first installed panel rib, and construct according to the above method, starting from the edge of the gable, and laying it in order from left to right (or the same right to left), and adjust it to be level. d. Lay in the above order. When the last remaining space between the sky pavilions is less than half of the board width, only the short arm of the fixed seat is used to fix the board, and the rest of the space is closed with flashing water. e. If the last remaining space is greater than half of the board width, fix the board with a fixed seat, and cut off the excess part. f. The self-tapping screw must be vertical to the support surface, and the tightening washer must be complete.
(2) Installation of roof ridge plug and roof ridge plate. a. Set out the line to locate the starting reference line of the first ridge slab, and determine the installation control lines of the ridge plug and the two sides of the ridge plug along the installation direction. b. Install the roof ridge plug board. The contact part between the plug board and the profiled plate is fully coated with waterproof glue, then install and position it and fix it with rivets. Use waterproof glue to seal the fixing parts to prevent leakage, and install the subsequent plugs in sequence. c. Install the first ridge panel, and install the first ridge panel according to the starting reference line and the control line to adjust the positioning. Measure and draw the positioning plate of the bent water retaining plate on the roof ridge plate, cut the notch with scissors, and fix the roof ridge plate on the profiled plate with the specified rivet roof to prevent the water glue from sealing the fixing parts. The bending positioning line bending the water baffle. d. Install the second ridge board, measure the overlapping positioning line of the first piece on the first profiled board, apply waterproof glue to the overlapping parts of the board, install the second ridge board to adjust the positioning, and place it on the Use scissors to cut the positioning line of the bent water baffle on the second board, fix the second piece on the profiled board with rivets, seal it with waterproof glue, and bend it according to the marked bending positioning line. Water baffle. Install it step by step using the above method.
(3) Installation of flooding, corner wrapping, and expansion joint cover a. Set the starting reference line of the first block by setting out the line, and determine the control lines of the two sides of the board along the installation direction. b. Install the first board, install the second board according to the reference line and control line to adjust the position, fix it on the fixing board, and seal the fixing piece with waterproof glue to prevent leakage. c. Measure and draw the overlapping positioning line between the second board and the first board on the first board, apply waterproof glue on the overlapping parts of the board, install the second board to adjust the positioning, fix the fixing parts and apply waterproofing Glue seal, install the second board and subsequent boards in sequence
(4) Cleaning and waste transportation and disposal a. In the area where steel plates are laid, the metal scraps generated when cutting iron and fixing screws should be cleaned up every day before finishing work. b. The debris and sundries on the roof, ground, and gutter should be cleaned up before the end of the day. c. The remaining scraps cut during construction should be cleaned up and stacked in a centralized manner every day. d. All remaining wastes shall be cleaned, transported and discarded before completion. e. After completion, the surface of the color steel plate should be checked, and the contaminated part should be cleaned.
(5) Precautions a. When cutting the color steel plate, its exposed surface should face down to avoid the filing scraps produced during cutting sticking to the coating surface and causing the scraps to vaporize. b. When the construction personnel walk on the roof, they should step on the board valley along the drainage direction, and on the purlin along the purlin direction, and they must wear soft flat shoes. c. When the roof needs to be overlapped longitudinally (row vertical), the overlap length should be more than 15 cm. more than 10 cm). d. The self-tapping screw is fixed on the rib, and its depression is based on the principle that the bottom surface of the self-tapping screw is aligned with the center line of the rib, and ±1.5mm is qualified. The over-tight part should be waterproofed with water-stop glue, and the over-loose part should be re-locked. e. At the end of each day, the colored steel plates on the roof trusses and the ground should be tied firmly with nylon ropes or hemp ropes.
